Information the form collects
The intake form asks for your name, work email, what you are trying to accomplish, and why it matters now. Organization, role, a relevant public link, the cost of inaction, type of help, timing, referral source, and marketing permission are optional.
Why it is collected
Inquiry information is used to understand the problem, decide whether Stoin may be a useful fit, respond to you, operate the intake process, prevent abuse, and maintain an appropriate record of consent.
Processing and storage
The contact service stores a valid inquiry before attempting email delivery to Ray. Supabase provides the private application database, Proton provides transactional delivery and Ray’s mailbox, managed static hosting serves the website, and Render hosts the contact service. The browser never receives database or email credentials. No automatic receipt is sent to the visitor.
Retention
An inquiry that does not become an engagement is scheduled for retention review after 12 months. Short-lived hashed rate-limit identifiers are retained for no more than 30 days. Engagement records may be subject to contractual, accounting, legal, or professional requirements.
Separate marketing choice
Permission to review and respond to an inquiry is not permission to send marketing messages. The optional subscription choice is separate, unchecked by default, and can be withdrawn.
Synthetic systems and Cloud Lucy
Submitting a form does not authorize model training, general memory ingestion, cross-business sharing, or automated acceptance decisions. Any future Cloud Lucy processing requires an approved scope, defined system authorization, and an auditable Stoin boundary.
