Getting an agent running is one job. Keeping its tools connected, its instructions relevant, and its technical components working together is another.
Stoin’s managed service is built around that second job. You focus on your business knowledge, processes, and decisions. We take on the agreed work of maintaining the synthetic backend and evaluating improvements.
We are designing the platform so reusable improvements can benefit multiple customers without sharing their private business information.

Why not install an agent myself?
You can. Stoin is for businesses that want the work implemented and maintained without taking on the whole technical job themselves. We earn the ongoing fee by keeping the implementation useful—not by making the underlying software hard to access.
Our intended release process starts with testing and bounded trials in our own businesses, followed by validation appropriate to your implementation.

Customer data ownership applies to every format. Implementation availability, support, usage costs, and commercial terms are confirmed during scoping.

Your business belongs to you. Its information should, too.
Customer ownership is a core requirement of the service. A reusable platform should not become a shared pool of customer documents, credentials, and private instructions.
For each implementation, we define what the synthetic may access, what it may do, what needs approval, and how access can be withdrawn. We also document the agreed handling, export, and retention of customer material.

Today, Stoin’s focus is the managed service. The longer-term vision is StoinNet: a Living Network where independent participants can contribute resources, benefit from one another’s progress, and receive value for what they provide.
The first planned form of sharing is computing power. Broader contributions would come later. Participation would be optional; the rules and compensation arrangements still need to be developed.
