Homes Prime / A specific example of a wider problem

Knowledge should be where the question is.

The problem. A customer asks a question your team has answered before. The answer exists—but someone still has to remember where.

What we changed. For Utopia Homes, we connected approved business knowledge to the place guests already ask. Homes Prime brings that knowledge into the website experience, instead of making a person assemble the background for every question.

Customer service should not depend on who happens to remember.

Your version might be a support desk, a sales conversation, or employees asking how something works. The principle is the same: make trusted knowledge useful at the point of the question, with people responsible for the decisions.
