Utopia Workspaces / A specific example of a wider problem

A meeting should move the work forward.

The problem. You spend half the call finding the right document and bringing everyone up to speed. By the time the context is clear, the meeting is nearly over.

What we changed. We are building a room where people, shared materials, and a business-aware synth can work together. The Workspaces screen shows the shared note and review controls: a place to work on the decision while everyone has the context.

A meeting should move the work forward—not create another round of explanation.

Where does your team lose the thread between talking, deciding, and doing? Bring us one recurring meeting. We can start with the information people need in the room and the decision they need to leave with.

The direction

Work with shared materials while everyone is present

Don't lose the decision after the call.

The note and its review state remain part of the shared work. The larger aim is to preserve the next step, its owner, and the context needed to continue. A meeting is only useful if it changes what happens next.

This capture shows the shared workspace and review controls. The business-synth connection is being developed; automatic follow-up is an intended outcome, not demonstrated here.
